We sell new, refurbished, and pre-owned technology products. Where a product is refurbished or pre-owned, this will be clearly stated on the product listing along with its condition grade.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities of products available for purchase
• Correct pricing or description errors before fulfilling an order

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete your purchase. If a pricing error is identified before dispatch, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

5. Order Process

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive an Order Confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. A contract between you and iTcare Center UK is formed only upon dispatch of your order.

6. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly in writing at info@itcarecenter.co.uk before the 14-day period expires.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

We will issue a full refund (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Exceptions: The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Sealed items that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Items made to your specification or clearly personalised
• Software that has been unsealed or activated

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us at info@itcarecenter.co.uk within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance.

8. Limitation of Liability

iTcare Center UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price you paid for the product(s) in question. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
